Intelligent video protection solution based on pattern recognition

OBSERVER is intelligent video surveillance software based on asynchronous spiking neural networks. It observes and analyses shapes, movements and faces in a given surveillance zone. OBSERVER has been designed with open architecture; as a result, the user can optimise the software configuration for each surveillance zone by combining the different detectors. In this way, operators define the observation strategy according to their needs.
